Always choose this place. No regrets. Staff helped with phone charger. Suits me perfectly. Has Wi-Fi, free parking, outdoor dining, saltwater pool, flat-screen TV. Great for hiking, canoeing, fishing, snorkelling, diving. Beach access. Sun loungers. No pets. AC. No smoking. Coming back for business.

The room with good facilities. The location was brilliant, not too far away from Horseshoe Bay Beach.

i had a very pleasant vacation and would definitely come back. the staff was very amiable, provided excellent services and helped with free parking. the bed was comfortable and the room was a nice size and fully-equipped.

We had a perfect stay and everything was very good. All the employees were helpful. The rooms were recently renovated and beautifully maintained in its own garden. The location was convenient, with shops, cafes, and bus stops within a short walking distance. We enjoyed being in this place.

our summer holidays at sails in horseshoe bay were simply perfect. from the friendly and helpful staff to the stunning location and breathtaking views, everything exceeded our expectations. we loved being able to relax on the balcony and recharge our phones while enjoying the beautiful sunset.

Great Location on Horseshoe Bay. The manager was very approachable and understood our disappointment when the room didn't meet our expectations, and gave us a full refund.

The hotel is very tired and had not been cleaned satisfactorily. The furnishings are old and many needed replacing - let alone a good clean. The sign at the front of Sails described it as"Luxury Beachfront accommodation" . This was not luxury.

Location just can't be better. Very quiet, birds singing amazing, apartmen very spacious andcomfortable. We' d like to stay there longer. Next time we will come with our grandchildren. Very good property managment.

We had 7 wonderful days at the hotel and Horseshoe Bay. The location was the best possible, right beside the BBQ area. The food for breakfast was GREAT and reasonably priced.

Freshly renovated and well-kept rooms with plenty of storage, a cozy TV area, and a chill-out lounge. Great location close to the ferry terminal for easy access. The pool is kept clean, and there's convenient parking right here. 🌟

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in a beautiful location overlooking Horseshoe Bay. The first thing I loved about this hotel was the fantastic balcony in the room on the top floor. I could sit outside and enjoy the breathtaking view of the bay. The staff at this hotel were also very friendly and provided excellent service. Additionally, the basic amenities in the room were sufficient and the prices were reasonable. this hotel offered great value for money.

All was good and met my expectations.

The owners were outstanding hosts who did whatever they could to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. The accommodation was spacious and bright with just about everything that you could require. The proximity to the beach and local amenities made the location perfect for a very relaxing holiday.

Some of the kitchen utensils were tired and could do with up-dating or replacing, which I know is happening slowly.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel with a fantastic view of the beach that allowed me to watch the sunset from my balcony every day. Additionally, the hotel is located close to restaurants, making it easy for me to get a meal whenever I wanted to eat out. Moreover, the hotel is very clean and has great facilities. Finally, the hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Quiet unaffected by tourist hype

We had an amazing stay by the beach in a cozy self-catering apartment. The location was prime with direct access to the beach and free beach equipment for us to use. We loved being close to restaurants and the local pub for a fun night out. The apartment was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay - even a washing machine and tumble dryer! The balcony provided stunning views of the sunset over the ocean.

There were some minor maintenance issues that could have been improved. The flyscreen on the balcony door had gaps which allowed mosquitos inside, and some of the kitchen utensils could have been better sharpened for use.
